“This hotel being advertised as a 5-star property by Loveholidays is completely misleading and feels like false advertising. After this experience, I would think twice — or even 100 times — before trusting Loveholidays again. When we first arrived, we were given a room on the -6 floor. The room had no air conditioning, the bed was literally falling apart, the kettle was broken, and the phone line didn’t work. I had to go back and forth to reception three times just to report these issues. To be fair, the receptionist was trying his best, but nothing was properly resolved. The next morning, the manager moved us to a room on the top floor. The view was amazing, no doubt about that, but the unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom completely ruined the experience. We complained again, only to be told that this was the only available room and there was nothing they could do about it. In the end, we had to keep the windows open all the time just to tolerate the smell. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard of a real 5-star and hotel During our visit indoor pool and spa was not available and we learnt that hotel is under the new management who is trying to resolve everything ”

“Very poor, bigs groups of stag and hens,and lads shouting about drugs and how u can get it to your room, food cold reception staff rude , rooms not cleaned, no entertainment AVOID, also any complaints ask for the book and don’t let them fob you off as it a law for them to have one”

“This is one of the worst companies you can possibly book with yes they might be cheaper than the big three holiday operators but you can see why these people are total amateurs the customer service people speak very basic English if anything goes wrong with your holiday flight changes day changes et cetera that you cannot control good luck while I was on holidays my flight home was cancelled twice no idea why no explanation the flight still went ahead but my booking was cancelled on that flight twice can you imagine the stress that caused ha ha pathetic”

“Stayed 10 nights (13-23 May)at 4R Gran Regina, Salou. Every day, coach loads of teenagers from various countries turned up for a tournament. Other residents, including young families, were unable to swim in the pool as these teenagers were having a great time, screaming, shouting, bombing each other, jumping, diving, throwing balls around, climbing. It was extremely noisy, queues for the Dining Room at breakfast were horrendous. Positive note is that the rooms are very clean. We did not choose this hotel as our first choice was full, it was recommended as an alternative which stupidly we agreed to.”

“Food was the worst I have ever seen in an all inclusive. Its that bad it shouldn't be served to humans. Hotel is spotless clean. Biggest down fall is the food its absolutely disgusting”

“Appalling, do not book sol Pelícanos in Benidorm. Took us an hour and half to check in, long ques, there was a code to check in on the walls but didn't work. We had requested two rooms together as a party of four, in the same booking, we were 4 floors apart, despite emailing the hotel many months ago. We were placed on Orcas side, no balcony unable to open curtains as view was so bad. No kettle, fridge didn't work, tv didn't work. Had to purchase a kettle from shop, hotel would only give us paper cups. Air con was noisy so had to turn down/off in night. Hotel very noisy at night, walls very thin. Food! Breakfast was OK not the greatest but not the worst, evening meal though was awful, despite been half board we didn't eat there on a night, if you book early breakfast on morning you leave you only get toast, preserves. Staff clearly don't want you there, rude and unfriendly. Very disappointed, the only positive was the main pool area which was nice.”

“Not suitable for older people .to many steps to get to your apartment.and the shower was very dangerous in an extra high bath and when you turn off the water the spray would fall off wall and whack you on the head very dangerous especially for older people”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent holiday booking. I booked accommodation for four people, yet when we arrived at the hotel, we were only provided with two beds — one double bed and one single bed. We were effectively expected to sleep on a bench, which is completely unacceptable for a booking made for four guests. When we raised the issue with the hotel reception, we were informed that the room arrangement provided was exactly what Love Holidays had booked on our behalf. This left us with no immediate solution and caused unnecessary stress and frustration during our trip. I travel regularly and have booked through Love Holidays many times before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and poor handling of our booking has seriously damaged my trust in your company. This was one of the worst holiday experiences I have had, and unless this matter is addressed appropriately, I will not be booking with Love Holidays again. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue as soon as possible.”

“Was left in Turkey to make our own way home after mix ups between Loveholidays and SunExpress cost us over £400..lmao 76 and was stressed as I am on medication and had to get home....it was terrible..”

“We were a big group majority were vegetarian and we informed Love Holidays plus the hotel and no one had the decency to communicate with the different restaurants. Plus a few of the restaurants don't open until June through to September we were not informed about this as well”

“NO TAXI AT AIRPORT AS BOOKED 45 KILOMETERS FROM PALERMOS COST OF TAXI 178 EUROS DAILY 90 STEEP STEPS TO RESTAURANT.WHY ADVERTISE THE HOTEL AS PALERMOS WHY EXPECT 73 YEAR OLD MAN TO CLIMP STEEP STEPS.COMPLETLY PUT OFF TRAVELING AGAIN WORST HOLIDAY EVER R CLEAVER”

“The hotel was terrible, the room had no A/C the carpets had a lot of stains, dirt and dust covered the edges of the balcony door and the shower had black mold.”
