We were a big group majority were vegetarian and we informed Love Holidays plus the hotel and no one had the decency to communicate with the different restaurants. Plus a few of the restaurants don't open until June through to September we were not informed about this as well

NO TAXI AT AIRPORT AS BOOKED 45 KILOMETERS FROM PALERMOS COST OF TAXI 178 EUROS DAILY 90 STEEP STEPS TO RESTAURANT.WHY ADVERTISE THE HOTEL AS PALERMOS WHY EXPECT 73 YEAR OLD MAN TO CLIMP STEEP STEPS.COMPLETLY PUT OFF TRAVELING AGAIN WORST HOLIDAY EVER R CLEAVER

The hotel was terrible, the room had no A/C the carpets had a lot of stains, dirt and dust covered the edges of the balcony door and the shower had black mold.

Pick up and drop off should be much easier and to the actual hotel your stay at it would be nice if the hotel was finished refurbishment and there wasn't drilling and hammering also me including some other folk cut there feet in pool so in general not the best

Your company continues to let customers down. I have booked a total of 3 package deals with yourselves and they have all been disappointing. The selection of hotels, distance or even stars of the hotels requires scrutiny. Your company needs to be reviewed externally, you do not safeguard your customers, once you get ur money it seems like it becomes hands off

Hotel was awful the food was awfull the hotel staff were rude also had a power cut got stuck in a lift half of the time we had to walk the stairs with the kids and a buggy as the lifts didn't work would never return again

The hotel was awful cockroaches bad service did not want to help totally unacceptable. Service if you got some cleaner coming in at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, not very good.

The breakfast was horrible the accommodation getting get no help they told it to take two minutes and it took me over an hour to find where I would need to go then I went to the hotel they told me to go to another hotel wow that took me a long time to find it one happy at all they changed my time on my flights that made I didn't get my full payment and my four days sleep and my breakfast the breakfast was absolutely polling not again

Booked a holiday with love holidays. Return flight got cancelled. Still stranded at location with absolutely no help from love holidays to get home. Apparently their flight team are not responding to the customer service desk requests for help for us and there’s nothing more that they can do but we were offered to call back later in the day and see if the flight team had responded. Given that it took an hour to get through on their emergency support telephone number in the first place and I didn’t get any “emergency support” other than a verbal suggestion (with no written confirmation they would actually reimburse) I book alternative flights at my expense and then claim it back I shall not be calling them back nor booking with them ever again. Shame really as previous holidays with this company have been ok. If nothing goes wrong on your holiday it’s an ok company to use to book travel. If something goes wrong, good luck as you are clearly on your own. Still stuck at holiday destination. Airline have offered us a flight home but it’s three days after our holiday should have ended which has caused inconvenience, stress and expense.

Only the bungalows Awful not fit for purpose The smell of marajoarna was awful we couldn't sleep. Not attempt to move us We paid again and moved apartments on the Friday

Took our booking online for a two day trip, then called two days before the trip, saying they had over sold seats on the plane, so gave us an option of travelling 6 hours later(on a two day trip, so we basically lost a day) at an extra cost to us or we could just cancel!!

Not helpful with our transfer from hotel to the resort, staff were rude at the hotel and were ignorant.
