Stayed in blue sea lis fiscos 3 times but this time was a complete nightmare, from sexual favours being offered at pool side bar to sexual exploits that was done all this being shouted on front of decent people and kids hotel needs to stop serving alcohol to these kind of people it was horrendous

Terrible time at the airport with the love holiday app , the hotel was awful, nothing to do there at all , not the best holiday. I certainly wouldn’t go again to that hotel and I would think twice about booking through love holidays

We never went on holiday ryanair said you where the third party that you should of booked our flights we paid 1800 for me to go see my doctor as the stress of it all you will be hearing from my solicitor and I will be looking for a full refund.

The hotel food was awful. No selection, poor quality and was barely luke warm. Can't believe this hotel is 4 star, should be less. No entertainment. Very small hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very rude. Not even after speaking with the Guest Relations Manager anything changed, even worse, never got a response or a feedback from her. Very disappointed. This hotel shouldn't be a 5 star hotel, it should be demoted to a 4 or even a 3 star hotel for the attitude of the staffs. You expect stress free environment but only got stress and grumpy faces.

The hotel was awful from start to finish, rooms and balcony’s were tiny with no real views only a brick wall, there was only one bar open, and the food wasn’t that nice

The holiday package purchased through loveholidays was presented in a manner that was objectively misleading and capable of inducing consumers into error regarding the actual nature, location, characteristics and amenities of the accommodation being sold. The issue is not limited to the wording of the hotel name appearing in the booking confirmation. Rather, the overall commercial presentation of the accommodation was materially confusing, as the booking page combined photographs, contact details and location elements relating to different hotel structures within the Sunrise Remal complex, including the separate beachfront property known as “Sunrise Remal Beach”. In particular, the booking page displayed photographs clearly associated with the beachfront facilities and amenities of Sunrise Remal Beach, together with location and contact information referring to that property. These elements substantially influenced my purchasing decision and reasonably led me to believe that the accommodation being booked included the beachfront characteristics and direct sea access prominently represented during the booking process. Only upon arrival did I discover that two distinct hotel structures existed and that the accommodation actually provided was the separate “Sunrise Remal Resort”, a materially different and inferior structure with significantly different accessibility and beachfront characteristics. I immediately contacted your customer service department to report the issue. However, your representatives merely relied on the wording of the hotel name appearing in the booking confirmation, while entirely disregarding the overall misleading commercial presentation through which the holiday package had been marketed and sold. I further note with serious concern that, following my complaint, the hotel telephone number appearing on the booking information appears to have been modified and replaced with different contact details corresponding to the accommodation actually provided. This subsequent alteration is particularly concerning, as the original booking information displayed contact details associated with the separate “Sunrise Remal Beach” property, together with photographs and location elements corresponding to that beachfront hotel. The apparent post-complaint modification of the booking information raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy, consistency and transparency of the representations originally made to consumers during the booking process. For the avoidance of doubt, I have retained documentary evidence of the original information displayed at the time of booking, including screenshots and archived documentation. The consequences of this situation were particularly severe.

We have just returned from out Holiday and stayed in the Lindos Royal Hotel. This Hotel is shown and rated as a 5 Star. This is far from a 5 star. This should be rated more a 3 Star. The room that I paid £154 each for should of had a 180 degree sea view. I could see that sea over the restaurant and other apartments just about. Some of the plugs in the room did not work. There was NO iron or kettle in the room. The drinks were all served in a plastic cup no matter what you had, cocktail, short, wine or Larger. Sunbed were broken and umbrellas didn't work. You had to walk around to get one that works. Food was all bland and had no taste and was never hot. Overall the hotel was dated and shaby did not expect this for its 5 star rating. Rated as 4 star but only 3 star really. Food was ok and the staff really helpful and polite. However we were not informed of the building work behind us. There were large diggers which started at 7:30 am and finished around 3:30pm. so noisy! Lounging on the top sunroof it was impossibly loud and you could feel the vibrations. Another guy we met showed us pictures of light at night shining through a hole in his bathroom wall from outside where the building next door had been knocked down. He also told us the indoor pool was shut one day as a wall had collapsed and showed us a picture!! It was like Carry on Abroad. The hotel itself was a good 30 minutes walk from the seafront and along rather dodgy pavements with potholes and loose paving. Only a couple of small local bars nearby. The entertainment in the week was pathetic. Wouldn’t stay here again, ever.

Filthy hotel, poor service from internal hotel staff. Dining room staff were nice but still needed advice on cleaning the area. External staff were great, friendly etc. outside the hotel I liked but inside I hated. Many complaints and still nothing got any better. Pure filth. Room was not ready when we arrived, had to clear up bottles etc left from previous guests. Leaking waste pipe in bathroom the changed and mess form this all over bathroom floor for over an hour then simply pushed around the floor with yet a dirty rag on a stick/mop. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Sticky floors where they weren’t cleaned. Dust and rubbish left around room from previous visits. Then the water was coming out of both shower and sink dirty brown colour, spluttering everywhere. Dining room, tables washed with greasy cloths rubbing grease from table to table, dirty crockery, dirty glasses to drink from, I used to ask for plastic cups to dispose of. The floors were mopped with the same dirty rags that were rubbed around the external floor and internal floor, again pushing the dirt around rather than cleaning. No matter where you were. The hotel stunk if sewage, the access pint to sewage were always undone releasing odour and the amount of manhole covers left open was very unpleasant and dangerous.

The food of hotel was very bad...în the room not very clean, not hot water, not signal for internet..the transport was brocked on the way..we had to wait 2 hours for another car...on the front disco told us have no room dispnible..we had wait 7 hours to receive the room and took us out before 6 hours departure..very bad experience

Awful holiday - apartments were different from one booked and advertised / shuttle service didn’t arrive on return even after confirming details and had to get taxi to airport - wouldn’t book with loveholidays again
