“stay away got totally ripped off by love holidays we had an 11 person group and had to cancel 3 people they took over 5 weeks to sort this out and then ripped me off by not refunding enough money back to my bank and have ignored all emails.impossible to get any answer from them .go with a reputable travel company and 100 percent not them .worst experience”

“Never use again! Changed flights, ended up costing me almost 1000 for the mistake in transport, hotels not to mention 2 small kids with me. Terrible!”

“Hotel was false advertisement and only been given 105 back of the 352 that I paid im completely upset that my sons first holiday was ruined and a holiday rep needs to go and view that hotel before people stay”

“Hotel transfer there and back was terrible 2and a half hrs each way that was supposed to be a express transfer,9 passenger pick ups from other hotels, Food was very basic same options,and always warm at best for a 4 star hotel this was not acceptable more like 3 star,our hotel was right next to another hotel that was being built,there were builders there from 07:00hrs to 19:00hrs working noise was absolutely ridiculous.some working 15 yards away drilling,cutting,jcb machine digging. Asked for a new room which we got a bit further away,but noise was still ridiculous. No mention from love holidays about this work being carried out,had this happened I would have moved hotels.”

“The holiday was good but service from lkve holidays really poor. Sold holiday they didn't have so split the group up. Took lead passenger off booking as lead so could sort any issues. Then went silent once had payment didn't return any emails and ignored by employee Sophie Parsons. First time and last using love holidays they advertise options they can't fulfill and offer poor service.”

“Wasn’t told main pool was out action under going works for our whole stay of 12 days if had know would have picked another hotel as this didn’t make our holiday as we like swimming every day poor that we wasn’t told by hotel or love holidays”

“If you want a holiday that is accessible quiet and relaxing with good quality food and drink the Belvedere is definitely not for you! We arrived late Friday night at the Belvedere the room was clean but the noise was unbearable, after the second night we were moved to a quieter room which was worse than the first, reception wouldn't move us again. The heating failed we had no hot water for three days again the reception team wouldn't/didn't do anything about ! The hotel was rated at 4star but the food tha awful cold every day with little choice, I wouldn't even feed it to the the dogs. The bar area was clean but only one staff so wait time was up to 30 minutes to get a drink”

“Baggage allowance on booking confirmation is wrong. Loveholdiays read it differently despite it being black and white incorrect. It’s like arguing with a brick wall. They are infuriating.”

“No support. Despite offering 24/7 on websites nobody responded until too late. Transfer from airport to hotel (Solanch tours) we had to wait over 45mins for driver to arrive. Transfer from hotel (Manwell tours) to airport, non existent. Despite recieving updates on app about how far/long the driver would be, he didn't turn up. He would not answer any calls and the company's phone number (in Florida) also didn't answer”

“Worst holiday ever staff would not leave my daughter alone felt on edge the whole stay and didn’t want her out off my sight room over night entertainment very loud food 🥘 awful if want to lose weight stay at this hotel spa over charged me for package didn’t have, toilet by bar flooded walk through god knows what, I have never been away and wanted to come home after 1st day”

“I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Angela Beach Hotel and Apartments, booked through Loveholidays. As a loyal, long-time customer, I have always valued your service; however, my recent experience at this establishment was unacceptable and posed significant health and safety risks to my family. Our grievances include the following: * **Substandard Check-in & Staff Conduct:** Upon our late arrival (due to flight ), we were met by the manager, Maria, who was unprofessional and rude. We were made to feel like a burden despite the delay being beyond our control. * **Health and Safety Hazards:** The initial room was unhygienic and lacked the requested cot for our two-year-old child. Furthermore, a brightly lit "Exit" sign inside the room prevented sleep; the manager’s solution was to suggest we cover it with a towel—a serious fire safety violation. * **Medical Issues (Food Poisoning):** Both my wife and I suffered severe food poisoning after eating at the hotel. Consequently, we had to stop feeding our child hotel food entirely to mitigate further risk, incurring significant unplanned expenses for outside meals. * **Uninhabitable Conditions:** The room was situated next to a pool bar with excessive noise levels, making it impossible for a toddler to rest. While the hotel eventually moved us to a second room, the damage was already done. The fear regarding food safety and the stress of the initial days forced us to check out early on Monday at 10:36 am to ensure our family's wellbeing.”

“no fridge or kettle available in room reception staff unhelpfull to book a meal we tried to book one but were told we had to go back upstairs to reception and pay for vouchers then pay for drinks later not very helpful as i was in crutches all the time due to an operation on my knee also reception said they do not contact the taxi company to confirm pick up times the breakfast every morning was very good but they did not make it easy to book an evening meal so we ate out every night”

“Booked and paid extra for a superior studio. When asking reception staff what was superior about it, they advised that they do NOT have superior studios and this should NOT have been advertised or charged for by love holidays”
