Very disappointed with our stay at the Santa Rosa apartments in Costa Teguise. The reason I booked these apartments was mainly gor my 7 year old grandson. When asked at reception about thr Kids Club was informed that the person doing same was on holidays. Shocked that there was no cover od substitutes should be advertised by the Apartments or Love Holidays that this us the case. People like me can they decide to book somewhere else instead of paying and not aware of the situation.

The rooms we where shown when we booked where nothing like what we got the wasn’t a balcony which was an essity to me as I snake and up half the night, phoned customer service they was no help didn’t even try to find a solution

Do NOT book this holiday if you are disabled or have walking issues,there are no lifts at this hotel,no rails on the quiet pools to get in/out there are some small ramps inside hotel but they a like slides so can’t be used,staff are very friendly and helpful to a point. My room was very dirty on arrival and I actually wrote hello on the floor and took photos,the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable,

Would not book with love holidays ever again..no help off them once they took my money.taxi to airport for help at desk.age 74 clueless on phone.. arrived transfer driver took 2 hours to hotel...dropped off with a 20 minutes walk in that blazing heat to find hotel.. NO DIRECTIONS.???yet other coaches STOPPED outside the rosamar?? My grandaughter collapsed in the heat to find hotel my self needed help too...

It stated ‘All Inclusive’ but it wasn’t, the food and drinks were at selected times only. They were also poor quality / options. We spent a fortune.

Shocking stay miles away from these clowns. Found out 11 hours before we were to fly that we had no bookings. Useless idiots and we lost €1500 on the excursions we had booked in Vegas

Poor food, poor service from the hotel. We spent everyday at reception due to issues with our cards. Unable to get into our room constantly and issues going for breakfast and lunch and dinner as it flagged up on the system to card issue. This was just not a holiday it was a nightmare.

Avoid Love Holidays at all costs. I’ve booked multiple holidays through Love Holidays previously and never had any issues, which makes this experience even more shocking. Our booking reference was LOV12898221U and this holiday turned into an absolute nightmare due entirely to Love Holidays’ handling of our trip. We booked flights from London Gatwick to New York JFK with Icelandair via Iceland. Our original booking confirmation clearly showed departure on Sunday 26 April. Love Holidays then changed our flight schedule but failed to communicate this properly. On 30 March I received an email saying there had been changes made and to review new booking documents. I checked them and nothing appeared different. The departure date still showed as 26 April. Nothing on the app clearly showed changes either. To make matters worse, on 26 March I had actually contacted them asking what changes had been made because I was confused, and they effectively told me nothing had changed. Then on 24 April — two days before we were due to fly — Love Holidays emailed me saying: “Just 2 days until you fly”, which again pointed towards our original departure date of 26 April. So naturally I had no reason whatsoever to think my flight had changed. The day before departure I downloaded the Icelandair app to check in and got an error saying my flight had already departed. After calling Icelandair I was informed I had been marked as a no-show and my return flight was due to be cancelled as well. Panic does not even begin to describe it. On top of that, Love Holidays had also incorrectly arranged our hotel dates. They booked our New York hotel check-in beginning after our arrival time, meaning I had to contact the hotel myself trying to fix an issue they created. Love Holidays were also unreachable when urgently needed. Thankfully Icelandair stepped in and kindly helped us with replacement flights free of charge. However, because of the disruption we still incurred additional hotel costs, taxi expenses and costs during an unwanted extended stopover in Iceland. Most importantly, the stress was unbelievable. Hours spent trying to save a holiday that we paid for, sorting accommodation issues, chasing explanations and reorganising international travel less than 24 hours before departure. A holiday should be exciting. This experience was chaos. Extremely disappointed.

Only because of stress, not at all disability friendly with having no lift to access all inclusive restaurant and ramps unsafe, some broken or far to steep to get up and down, a few times I nearly came out of my wheelchair

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Due to a system error, my wife’s name was recorded incorrectly on our booking documentation. I immediately contacted Loveholidays to request a simple amendment and provided both a passport and driving licence as evidence of the correct details. Despite this, Loveholidays refused to make the amendment and repeatedly blamed China Airlines. I was informed that correcting the error would cost more than £830, and that cancelling the booking would result in the loss of the entire holiday cost of just over £1,000. This left me feeling as though I was being pressured into paying an excessive and unnecessary fee. I declined and instead explained the situation directly to the airline at check-in. China Airlines resolved the issue immediately, without any difficulty or additional charge. This directly contradicted what Loveholidays had told me throughout the process and strongly suggests that the additional charges being demanded were entirely unnecessary. The experience caused significant stress and demonstrated extremely poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend booking through Loveholidays based on my experience.

Absolutely dreadful company. Changed booking cancel hotels and put you in rubbish hotels and don’t refund the money difference. Will never book with them again

At the time of booking on your website, there were two clearly listed options: Impressive Punta Cana and Impressive Premium Punta Cana. We specifically selected and paid for Impressive Premium Punta Cana, and all booking documentation we received from you clearly states Impressive Premium Punta Cana at the top. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that our booking was only for the standard all-inclusive package, not the premium package we had selected and paid for. This was both surprising and extremely disappointing, as the premium package was the main reason for choosing this hotel. When I raised this issue via your online chat service, your agent stated that these are two different hotels. This directly contradicts how the options were presented on your website, where they appeared as selectable versions of the same resort rather than entirely separate bookings. At no point during the booking process was it made clear that we were not securing the premium experience we had chosen. As a result, we did not receive the upgraded services, facilities, and benefits that were clearly advertised and expected as part of the premium package. This has significantly impacted our holiday experience.

We had an issue with our safety within the hotel where someone gained entry to our hotel room while we was asleep in bed. Took this incident straight to the hotel managers where there was no interest in making us feel safe or any support. Basically called us liars and that we hadn’t locked our door which we 100% had. The same day went for dinner and when we returned to our room the door was open again which had all our personal belongings in the room which everyone would have had access to. Went straight back to reception and had to demand a change of rooms as love holidays rep was not bothered about any of our concerns and tried charging us to move hotels even though this was a SAFETY concern and not just being picky about the hotel. No support what so ever from either love holidays or the hotel which we stayed at in Djerba (El Mouradi hotel). Very unhappy and not safe!!

Stayed in blue sea lis fiscos 3 times but this time was a complete nightmare, from sexual favours being offered at pool side bar to sexual exploits that was done all this being shouted on front of decent people and kids hotel needs to stop serving alcohol to these kind of people it was horrendous
