“Issues at my accommodation, really hard to soeak with anyone, plus loveholidays had no respect or intention of sorting any issues out! i had no other option but to sign a letter to say i was happy to keep accommodation or be chucked out! I was blackmailed into doing this! I told loveholidays immediately but they kept coming back with the matter was resolved as i had done this! Loveholidays do not respect or care for their customers in another country The service was an absolute disgrace, i was threatened verbally and told it would be physically if i didn’t leave or sign a letter saying i was happy and that i wouldn’t complain when i got back to England!!!! The hotel was dirty the food wasn’t fit and the all inclusive name is a disgrace and rio off to all customers, i doubt i will hear back from love holidays now im back in england as they couldn’t even be bothered to call as requested when i was away!! The company is a disgrace and not fit for purpose!!!! Disgraceful Disrespect and a total rip off company!!!!! But they are not bothered !!!!!!”

“Booking was no problem with love holidays. However the Alaina resort was a dump, not as described. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. The advertised kids entertainment was pathetic to say the least , 4 unenthusiastic teen-agers standing around the pool for 30 mins a day holding a hungry hippo game was not what we expected. We booked this holiday for the kids to have plenty to do, but nothing on offer other than the pool. We were lucky that we had a car , but for anyone without transport it must have been a nightmare. You can basically kill one day there and that's it. Forgot eating from the overpriced grease on offer in the bar , or should I call it the cockroach cafe. As only after we had our food did we notice them running around under the tables. No sleep to be had as other guests having all night partys, pumping house music on till 5am. Drugs being openly smoked around the pool with staff turning a blind eye. Also bag of drugs dropped on the path outside our accommodation could have easily been picked by a child. Give the place a miss, it was big disappointment.”

“Hotel was not as advertised leeks in the bathroom screws from sofa sticking out pool is ran down and has broken tiles and mould on them no bar or restaurant there either as they have on the website and the lobby area is just a vending machine with a few old chairs thrown there”

“My flight was changed by 2 hours into the next day, I clicked a button thinking I was making changes to my transfer time and was charged an extra £578. I contacted Love Holidays to explain my mistake and they were rude and unhelpful and wouldn’t allow me to go back to my original booking”

“It is impossible to contact an actual human and speak with a person in Love Holidays. On arrival to our hotel we checked in Sunday afternoon, no notivr was given by reception that the floor above our 2 rooms was being completely renovated, rooms being completely ripped out, drilling each morning and hammering at 8am. We complained to reception and they were very unhelpful offering no options. They told us to contact Love holidays directly on this matter, which was an impossible thing to speak with a member of Love holidays effectively. Love holidays is now not even allowing me to upload photos of the construction at the hotel or videos of the drilling and hammering.”

“I am being generous when I gave one star. I WOULD NEVER USE LOVEHOLIDAYS AGAIN nothing but stress our Hotle was changed three weeks before we were due to fly. I was told where I was staying which was no where near where we wanted to stay. When I kicked off they booked us into a Hotle near where we wanted to stay but charged us 260 pounds extra even though it was their mess up. So a week in Cypress cost us around 2000 pounds for my husband and I this holiday was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room we had apparently been upgraded to was like a cell no view we were looking at a gray brick wall. Really really not happy thanks for putting and dampener on my 30 wedding anniversary”

“Loveholidays: Easy to pay them, impossible to get help when things go wrong! Zero Support, Zero Compassion – Avoid At All Costs! Do not book with Loveholidays. Because they are a third-party booking agent, the moment you hand over your money, you are entirely on your own. If you encounter any issues with your flights, hotel, or transfers, do not expect them to lift a finger. Getting a hold of a real human being is a nightmare, and when you finally do, their customer service is non-existent. They make the front-end planning look effortless to lure you in, but provide absolutely zero safety net or accountability when a crisis hits. Do not be fooled by how easy it is to book; if anything goes wrong, you are completely stranded!”

“Upon arriving at the hotel they had no record of our booking and were fully booked leaving us with no choice but to drive back home. The support team were no help and I am now being told to wait 28 days for my refund. No accountability or urgency to support us. AVOID BOOKING WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS!”

“I cannot recommend this hotel. Neither the cleanliness nor the food were satisfactory. The pools (3) were closed for the first two days, and then the third one was only partially open. They opened later, but the water was very cold.”

“On arrival, I had booked a two‑bedroom bungalow and was given an apartment instead. The staff’s response was simply “that’s what you booked.” We got burgled three times, and many others staying in these apartments have been burgled as well. The food is terrible. Reception staff are not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place, and I will be getting in touch with Love Holidays and my insurance company as soon as I get home.”

“I read reviews and some where bad but thought everyone is different so give it a go. That was a mistake firstly on arrival they said we were in the other building up a hill so went up there tired after after travelling the room was shocking in my opinion went onto tiny balcony overlooking the pool which was full of groups of people taking over the whole pool area very noisy clearly drunk all inclusive so you do expect a lot of drunk people but was off putting and balcony next to us clearly smoking cannabis each to their own but I don’t want to smell it, went to reception to complain also as not facilities at all in room 1 only positive it was clean but very very run down working 1 worling plug socket was told what do o you expect for 3 star!!! I expect comfort wasn’t a cheap holiday!!!!! I went to other hotel and asked to be moved to there as was not staying in the other, glad I did as police and ambulance were at the other one when we left, 3 times in all police and ambulance there over the week this hotel one was no better we only did b&b but after first day ate out for breakfast it was disgusting, if we did have drinks in hotel different bar people charged different prices as paying they just take the p—s and drinks were definitely watered down not a decent drink at all. I wouldn’t give this more than a 1 star and thats being kind!!! If you just want a place to stay for a stag or hen do not bothered about anything else then go for it, definitely would never return I don’t think I spoke to 1 person who had anything positive to say about this hotel if you can call it that!!! Would not recommend the all inclusive either as food shocking and cold and drinks are the bottom of the barrel”

“Transfer was horrendous, should of took 90mins in a taxi , yet we had to drop a lady off in Revello and come back on ourselves, 4 hours in a taxi with no toilet break , the taxi was longer than the flight , first night was written off . Hotel fantastic, venue , location, staff can’t fault , just don’t book a transfer with love holidays”
