DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have once again been fobbed off with lies about my flight refund. My holiday was cancelled in May and I still haven't had my flights refunded. Their customer service is a disgrace. Ryanair say they paid love holiday on 29/9 , love holidays say they haven't got the money. We had another holiday booked with on the beach.for October this year. We were emailed and refunded within 2 weeks and we had to do nothing. I really have never had such a bad service!!!
