LoveHolidays provide NO customer service
Booked a holiday that isn’t going ahead and paid in full.
Been promised by LoveHolidays 6 seperate times that they will call me specifically to discuss my booking, this hasn’t happened to date. No live chat advisor will help me, they all tell me the same thing, ‘you need to wait’ and that someone will get back to me 3 working days prior to departure to say whether the holiday is cancelled or not. Like, seriously?
I’ve asked to make a complaint and I’ve been told they will look at my complaint 156 days after departure. I’ve asked to write in and they’ve said ‘our HQ is closed so we won’t respond to your letter’.
There is no live telephone number, no email, no post just live chat advisors who refuse to engage or actually help in any meaningful way.
They shouldn’t be allowed to trade, absolute scam artists. I will never ever book again with this company. This has been the least positive experience of Covid, attempting to deal with a company who close ranks and refuse to talk to their customers.
