I booked 3 holidays thru them first one was fine. Holiday 2 & 3. Not so good!
Right at the start of the pandemic had a weekend booked then cancelled a few days before I also had a family holiday booked in August, what I shifted too next year same dates..flights,transfers but hotel same 2020 date!!
Where you can’t speak to a human I wasted endless hours on live chat and they gave all the speech it’s in hand check in your manage bookings up until the holiday date came and went then I was advised the hotel hadn’t been cancelled and there was nearly £1800 to pay.. All they could say was have you got travel insurance...Fortunately I have with my bank..I’m currently waiting for them too send me a demand letter? I get the constant reminder email each morning..
Once that arrives and it’s set out I have all live chats screenshotted. Then I’ll consult my travel insurance to get back the £1100 they still have of mine..
