Absolutely dispicable company. Robbed is of 900 euros. Told us we were booking a holiday that coukd be rescheduled and booking confirmation said the same. Now told we cannot and it's non refundable.
Can't talk to anyone. They just ignore you. They will only speak on the phone to new holiday bookings to take your card details, after that you're on your own.
They are unlawful, untrustworthy and complete gangsters. I don't know how they're operating. Please do not trust
