I live in US, my booking for hotel in Puerto Vallarta in May of 2020 was cancelled due to Covid 19. I received travel credit (voucher) that I can't use, because company isn't making booking for US customers. No reply to my e-mails, chat doesn't really work, phone doesn't work!
