Booked a hotel In Rome for a weekend in March 2021, but as my flight (booked separately) was cancelled I requested a refund for the hotel. I agreed to take a refund of approx 75% of the total cost of the hotel. However, when I chased up the refund payment I was told that I would not get this until 2 weeks after the date of the cancelled break! I don't feel that this was made clear to me when I accepted the refund. I will never book with this company again. So called customer service is done via a half automated online chat!
