i wouldnt ever book with this company ever again. Still trying to get almost £900 back from flights that were cancelled in June 20.
No response to emails what so ever and ive written about 30 . Cannot get to speak to a human always chat with a bot !
giving out false information just to try and keep you sweet.
Disgusting treatment from this company. Please stay clear of them as they are an absolute night mare.
I hope that the company folds as they seriously deserve to.
