I am still struggling to get the money for the flight element part of my holiday, even though it was booked as a package, my June holiday 2020, was cancelled last year. I am now trying to get my refund back through Ryanair.
Avoid at all costs, I won’t ever use or recommend this company to anyone.
The customer service is appalling, no help whatsoever
