Terrible customer service, booked a holiday for Oct 2020, hotel was cancelled due to pandemic. I rejected the alternative as it was not of a similar standard to the one i booked. I was then told as i cancelled it is not up to them to refund my flight. They provided me with the new accommodation 4/5 days prior to flying. as told at the beginning that they are awaiting the money to enter their account to then be told 20 weeks later i have to chase Ryanair myself. Under ATOL protection they should refund me the money owed. Citizens advice have advised to send letters, of which I have had no response! it is ver difficult to find any relevant email to contact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
