Take my advice if your owed money from these clowns.
Take them to court, it costs about £60. You can do it all on line.
Like you guys, I tried every avenue for 10 months.
So took them to court, they tried to get out of it by saying they are not a travel agent and asked for mediation.
It went to mediation over the phone. They then had two weeks to repay me.
The money was in my bank after 5 days.
Court is the way to deal with these criminals.
