Took them to small claims court . Cost £35. Best money we ever spent . Did it all on line . We went to mediation and accepted just over two thirds plus court costs . We were of course concerned that Loveholidays wouldn't honour this agreement but we were assured that the money would be paid in full within 5 days, which it was .
We will never book with this cheating , lying company again .
