Horrible to deal with. Extra costs added at every opportunity. Refunds withheld for as long as possible (still not fully repaid after 20 months). Terrible communication. Cheating liars. Don’t be fooled by the ATOL stamp - this company does not pay customers back. Best advice is pay more and go with another company. Never use these people. Am amazed they are still taking bookings and people are daft enough to book with them.
