Booked Kipriotis Hotel Kos for 5 adults and 3 children. Hotel closed due to covid. Alternative offered hand no facilities for kids,
LH said it was a perfect second choice and I had to except it.
I said I would rather have a refund, but all dialog is by email none of their telephone lines answer it is impossible to speak to anything other than a robot. LH would not assist with speaking to Jet2 who were equally uncontactable.
Total money lost £1660.
My advice to you is Please Please do not use LH for your hard earned vacation unless you can afford to loose everything if something changes or goes wrong.
