one star is too much for this company. they are z nightmare and totally useless.
I booked way back in March to go to Rome in Sept. shortly afterwards Ryanair cancelled my flights. love holidays completely washed their hands. they have not been at a helpful in helping me.get2my money back, even although the money WAS PAID TO THEM.
the only way to.communicate with them is live chat.
I have since found out they are no longer a member ABTA
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
