DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
Booked for 2 weeks after the first 3 payments suddenly my hotel was no longer available and the "alternative" was 25 minutes in a different resort..
Cant call them, The chat bot (after waiting for nearly 2 hours) got me through to "someone" I was told they would fix it and to wait for an email. the next email I got was to tell me my change had been accepted.
Cant cancel as these FUCKERS cant get the flights back and it doesnt fall under easy jets cancellations.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
