I have always had a positive experience with love holidays and have booked over 14 holidays with them. From reading the 1 star reviews, it is not Love Holidays fault, but the consumer who has not read the terms and conditions properly, lost money and are venting their frustrations!
I have had 4 holidays cancelled due to covid and have recieved refunds or credit note each time. I cancelled my most recent trip myself due to new restrictions as I am an NHS nurse as cannot have time off to isolate whilst waiting for PCR tests, and as the T&C`s state, I would lose my deposit and have to pay a cancellation charge. But I knew this when I booked HAVING AGREED to the T&C`s when booking.
Customer service have always been helpful. Will not hesitate to continue using.
