Woeful customer service.
Agreed upon a figure for a refund and since then (5 weeks ago) they have seemingly done all that they could to avoid actually paying the agreed refund.
Every time I call I get a different reason as to why it hasn't been processed. The last time I spent 2 hours on the phone. At the end I was promised a call back with an update. There was then no call back.
