Do not give them your hard earned money.
They cancelled our hotel tried to give us a sub standard alternative with pool being renovated so out of action.
Customer service is a new low I cannot tell you how poor this service has been.
Will never book with a tour operator again - doubt we will ever see our money back - horrible experience.
