Been asking for someone to contact us from love holiday over 6 weeks ago and to date nothing . Everything you post a bad review on trust pilot within minutes the would receive 6to 8 positive reviews so obviously their staff are posting these reviews to keep their ratings high . Only on trustpilot they have 4.5 stars . Their FB and Twitter page is inundated with negative reviews and not replying to customer seem to be the most common with not refunding monies owe
