The customer services are the worst I have ever come across in a company. The automated Bot they have running it is beyond useless and when you finally get through to a human they keep you on hold for well over an hour.
Beyond this, they have charged me over £580 for a holiday to Italy, but haven't paid the hotel I was due to stay at and have severed relations with them without informing me. I had to call the hotel directly to see if there was anything I could do, to which they said they haven't had a single penny from Loveholidays and have had just as a horrific experience as I have.
I am now due to lose a lot of money, after losing a lot of time and effort, based solely on Loveholiday's incompetence and false information.
