Can I give them zero stars? Horrendous, rude & incompetent company. First off they’ll send you the wrong email address to be able to check in with in advance, so then you get charged at the airport for not having done it sooner £55 (Ryanair). They also did not have our return transfers booked.
We tried to add another person before we even travelled which was farcical and we gave up.
Hard to get hold of & when you do they’re unhelpful & actually rude. Never ever again. How are they still even operating
