Avoid at all costs. Booked a holiday in November and tried to add a passenger a week later but got no replies to messages for over 2 months when it finally got sorted. Then the hotel which I was meant to be going to was no longer available so they said to chose an alternative hotel, which I did. 3 months later after keep trying to get the alternative hotel added to my holiday I still have had no contact back apart from a message saying I need to pay an extra £300 for the alternative hotel. Sent messages back again asking for a call to discuss on the phone which was ignored. Now they have cancelled my holiday altogether without notifying me and won't refund me. Horrible company
