The absolute worst company I have dealt with of any description. Avoid at all costs. Brutal customer service.
15+ hours worth of calls (all one way, they don’t call or email) to try and reschedule a suitable return flight from America to Ireland after the airline had changed the times.
They refused to help us or offer an alternative.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Pay the extra and book with another company.
