Cannot get a proper refund on hotel booking 6 days before arrival date due to having passports robbed thus unable to travel further.
Shocking bot system on the manage my booking site which is the only way to cancel a booking. This Company are a disgraceThey had no difficulty in taking the booking and money from Ireland but cannot contact me because I have an Irish phone number .
