So, my booking had 72 to confirm. Then 72 hours later my booking hasn’t been able to be completed and I will be contacted within 72 hours with an alternative (they’ve taken full payment on my card and therefore I’m unable to rebook a holiday with a different company !) I can’t speak to anyone without a booking reference, haven’t got a booking reference because holiday isn’t confirmed.
We have family going out and the price of the holiday is going up!! Absolutely fuming! Have also left messages on their FB page and no answer. Very concerning!!
