I am still waiting for my refund that I booked during covid which was cancelled by love holiday .I asked for refund as they gave this option and to date they sent 40 pound they owe me 400.
I tried chargeback but they told credit card they are in communication with me which wasn't true.i have wrote numerous emails and get ignored .I will now take them to court .avoid this waste of space company .
