love holidays should be called hate holidays. a nightmare company to deal with. They are not available to talk to you at any point. Our hotel has been closed so we decided to cancel whole booking. Day after I cancelled my reservation is still there and they are taking money. I can't talk to anyone and it's so frustrating.
please don't use this provider. they are not reliable and customer service doesn't exist. Nightmare
