Avoid at all costs. Have been trying to speak to someone. Can’t get through. Automated message is the same in that they are prioritising people travelling within 4 weeks which according to them I am! Despite holiday being cancelled last November. Taken money from my account since cancellation. Eventually got through to a person on chat today (they think I am going on holiday tomorrow although flight cancelled 6mths ago) didn’t resolve and after 1hr of him looking through issue ended chat and said he couldn’t do anything about it. DO NOT BOOK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would give minus marks if possible.
