be prepared that they will increase the price ie. €2000 7 days after your booking. if you refuse (we paid in full for our family with 4 kids with no apology, the holiday is cancelled.
I couldn't get through to anyone for days and not to go into detail. I have never had so much stress after paying something in full. Even when I got through to them, the company asked me to find a solution as they could not pay for the price increase even though they didn't come back to me until a week later. they have no time to look for alternatives as they are very busy ... and yes i was compliant. terrible experience
