Got here at 1.00am. 1st room was terrible, 2nd room they exchanged us too had air con dripping on pillows.
3rd room we just took as it was 3.00am I needed to sleep.
Got up this morning and food is terrible. Alcoholic drinks are even worse. This is not 5star as advertised.
And the rooms I was talking about was upgraded rooms when we checked in.
Not happy and not looking forward to the rest of the holidays.
Probably eat and drink out, I will be keep the receipts alive Holidays (NOT)
