Terrible customer service, after you have booked the package. You would have to wait almost an hour before speaking to anyone to help. Then they drop the phone up on you.
We traveled to Antalya, Turkey. Even though the package said the flight would be with Turkish airline, the plane provided was a budget jet operated by Turkish airline, not the real Turkish airline.
