Booking efficient, I paid for a transfer from airport to hotel, they did not turn up and did not answer the phonenumber I was supplied with . I had to Arrange my own transfer. I have being requesting a refund for the non turn up of transfer
I have not recieved my refund for the transfer todate. Communication is very poor from loveholidasys regarding this matter
I have 2 other holidays booked with the company in coming months, you think they would be trying to sort this matter asap to show good customer service
