Booked a private villa with private pool. Very excited, on arrival find that we are in a bungalow apartment on a complex?
Loveholidays no help at all, despite screenshots of the entire booking process (As we always do!) they insist we did not book the private villa (Paid for it though?)
There is a reason they are no longer members of ABTA - book at your own risk.
