UPDATE: a representative from the company emailed me requesting proof the transfer never showed up. I provided more than enough information to confirm the transfer did not show to which they responded "thank you for your response Miss Quinn, I'll go ahead and close this ticket". I have reached out every day for the past 2 months and I am still awaiting a refund. This company has taken my money for a service they did not provide and is refusing to speak with me about a refund. They are a SCAM and I advise to AVOID them at all costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRANSFERS IN PORTUGAL. Waiting over an hour in the airport for pick-up. Had to call several times before a driver eventually showed up. Pick-up for the flight home was scheduled for 7am. No driver arrived. We called the "emergency number". A man, half asleep answered and said someone was on the way. Half an hour later, still no driver. Called the "emergency number" 5 more times and no one bothered to answer. Had to get a taxi and still trying to get a refund.
