They messed up transfers and partially refunded.
Messed up hotel room and refused to compensate. Gave us a tiny room for a day and then spent all day trying to move to the room we booked. Love holidays takes months to reply tor emails and refuse to refund me for that night.
Cancelled one person flying with me. Hotel have refunded £100 to Love Holidays who refuse to pass it on.
I would avoid at all costs and just book direct
