I’m trying to claim a refund from my insurance company for my daughter who sadly was unable to travel due to heart conditions she also has down syndrome and doesn’t understand why she could not go away
I have tried on numerous occasions to explain to a love holidays representative I need a letter stating her name and how much her holiday cost as a individual
All I get is you need to do it via the website which I have so many times but I just can’t get the relavant paper work from them to send to my insurers
