Their customer service is non-existent. If something goes wrong there is no back up!
You cannot communicate with them directly, just a "chat" line which wastes 2 hours of your time to be fobbed off at the end. The only time you can communicate better is if you stop payment at which it's by email. You can't talk to anybody unless they are selling!!
