You will book a holiday and have no communication with anyone but a bot. LH is not user friendly and any amendments needed will not be dealt with immediately.
I wanted to cancel my booking and get a full refund. My email was ignored and confirmation email returned to me.
Not a service I would recommend to anyone and would not use again.
