Booked a trip to New York which appeared to be a direct flight from Manchester, once I pressed button to buy the holiday, confirmation showed it was in fact a two stage flight from Manchester to Munich and then from Munich to New York.
I immediately tried to cancel the holiday but no response from Love Holidays and to cancel would cost me over £1000.00 so no cooling off period, and I would strongly advise anyone to thoroughly check the conditions of the contract before going ahead.
