DISGUSTING customer service. I amended my hotel due to terrible reviews that had recently been left and I was advised to do this via Livechat.
This was all processed through the app but 10 days later I still hadn’t received confirmation of my new hotel. I have chased this up today on Livechat and spoke to ‘Amanda’ (my second interaction with Amanda - she needs serious re-training on her customer service skills). I was told there was no availability at our new hotel and they had cancelled the booking at my original hotel. They were going to let a family fly to Turkey and arrive without anywhere to stay!!!!!
She then proceeded to have an attitude and give me the wrong information about hotel availability and processes. I have now asked TWICE to raise a complaint. And both times I have been told I don’t have reason to complain and the chat closed on me.
To top it all off, my outstanding balance was confirmed as £49.88 on Livechat but they have sent me an email advising I have £913.59 still to pay. WHAT IS GOING ON????
I am one VERY disappointed and disgusted customer. My advice to anyone thinking of booking with loveholidays is to think twice and run!
