STAY OFF LOVE HOLIDAYS
Booked holiday to Turkey and tried to cancel or change the trip 6 days to departure due to earthquake but I was told I will be refunded £79 out of £930 or pay additional £1600 to change the trip. Rhabhat was so unprofessional and Ayanda was extremely rude. Spent hours on phone without success and airline advised customer to cancel/amend their trip due to the issue but Love holidays only interested in money. I wish government can look into this scam agency.
