AVOID!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
Wanting a cancellation fee of £599 even though their has been a death in the family and we can no longer attend. No empathy and the customer service people are rude. I have spoken with Marcus, Zizi, Andrew, Anatasia and Aloni in the space of 1 hour being passed from pillar to post. Refusing to cancel the booking unless I pay. Legal team involved and I have a strong case. Book with a different company!!!!!!!!!
