Booked our transfers from the airport with then. They supplied the pick up company the wrong times.
The pick up company won't help as we didn't book it.
Love holidays say its our fault as we should check the flight times then if they change tell love holidays??? Eh???
So we fly out tomorrow.
They have our money, they didn't tell the taxi company the correct times, said we should have checked the times then told them of any updates??? And its our problem and can't assist then terminated the chat .
The absolute worst customer service encountered..
