Have double booked and straight away tried to cancel one of the holidays.
Love holidays said I would be charged £11,000. I have spent hours on chat lines to no avail. Passed from pillar to post. They say ring British Airways and they say talk to Love holidays. A complete joke.
Pathetic service. Don't book.
